4. Appointments & Bookings

Online booking: Appointment requests made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Cancellation and rescheduling: We ask for at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us offer your slot to another patient. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect our ability to accommodate future bookings.

Consultation fees: Free first consultations are available for the following treatments only: Dental Implants, Aligners & Braces, and Children's first visit. All other consultations and treatments carry fees that will be disclosed to you before any procedure begins.

Treatment plans: All treatment recommendations, cost estimates, and timelines discussed at consultation are indicative. Final costs are confirmed in writing before any procedure begins. No treatment will commence without your informed consent.

Emergency care: For dental emergencies and severe pain, walk-in visits are accommodated at the clinic's discretion during operating hours. Community Care programme slots (Wednesday & Friday, 4–5 PM) are reserved for eligible patients and are separate from regular appointments.

8. Payment Terms

Payments for dental treatments at Dental White can be made by:

• Cash at the clinic
• UPI, debit card, or credit card
• Online payment via Razorpay (linked from our booking system)
• EMI options via Razorpay for treatments above ₹15,000 (subject to eligibility)

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Written cost estimates are provided before every procedure. No procedure begins without your review and acceptance of the quoted cost.

Refund policy: Dental treatments involve professional services that cannot be "returned." Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be raised within 7 days of the treatment date by contacting us directly. We are committed to resolving any clinical concerns — please contact us before raising a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Dental White, its doctors, staff, and associates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website
